In order to strategically develop the digital transformation of administrative processes at state level, this paper describes the five most pressing topics in the digital transformation of administrative processes. The topics described here are fully part of the umbrella strategy of the State Rectors' Conference described in "Baden-Württemberg 2021-26: Shaping the digital future of science".
