State-wide bwOZG project

All state universities in the state have organized themselves in this project in order to further advance the digitalization of administrative processes, in addition to formally fulfilling the requirements of the OZG.

With the Online Access Act (OZG), the legislator defined digital access to the various administrative services for citizens and companies as well as a structured offer of these online administrative services via a portal network in August 2017. For the universities in the state of Baden-Württemberg, just like for all other universities, there is a need to fundamentally adapt existing internal processes.

The white paper first presents the various activities and requirements. The next step is an evaluation of the activities and requirements for the universities in Baden-Württemberg. Finally, recommendations are given for a further procedure for a coordinated implementation of the requirements from the subject area of the OZG.
